Karen Bladen

Karen Bladen, Managing Director

Karen Bladen is Managing Director of Territory Mapping CIC. She began her career in publishing and exhibition management, and at the age of 25 was appointed to the Board of Blenheim Exhibitions & Conferences Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Blenheim Group plc.
Her role includes sales and marketing as well as operational responsibilities relating to all of our Territory Mapping training and consulting activities.



Paul Cooper

Paul Cooper, Lead Coach

Paul Cooper is the co-founder of Territory Mapping CIC. Since leaving the Royal Navy in 1989, Paul has held a number of senior management roles in large corporations. He has also developed several businesses over the last twenty years including a food manufacturing company and a project management consultancy. Paul has developed the Territory Mapping process so that it can be used by all businesses, no matter what their size or sector, in a wide variety of scenarios (strategic planning, project planning, change and transitional management).



Sue Murkin

Sue Murkin, Lead Coach

Sue is a qualified personal performance coach and trainer. Prior to becoming a coach Sue spent 13 years at management level in the property industry. Sue has a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching, a Masters in NLP & Hypnotic Re-patterning. Sue has worked with Karen to develop a highly successful Territory Mapping programme for schools.



Dan Szabunia

Dan Szabunia, Coach

An excellent facilitator and coach with 11 years' organisational and management development experience.  Specialist expertise in :

Kate Turner

Kate Turner, Coach

Previously working as an HR Director, Kate gained valuable insights into the motivation and behaviour of senior managers and leaders, the key ingredients of high performing teams and the impact of these factors upon organisational effectiveness. She brings this experience, together with best practice organizational consulting, NLP and Performance Coaching to deliver practical approaches to improving business results, through people. Typical assignments include:

Keith Williams

Keith Williams, Coach

Keith is a Director of Energize, a social enterprise. He was formerly a Vice President of A.T.Kearney, responsible for their European Transformation practice. He specialises in coaching senior management teams through successful change. He has led many change programmes in the private and public sectors and his clients have included BT, Ford, Philips, Rolls-Royce, EDS in the private sector and the MoD, DWP, DTI and Northamptonshire County Council in the public sector.



Paul Darcy

Paul D'Arcy, Coach

Paul specialises in High Performance Coaching and Leadership and Coaching Training, he takes complex subjects and make them easy to grasp and ensure client can use a range of effective tools back at their workplace. You will be challenged beyond your expectations and achieve results to match. Paul is driven to be the best in his field and works only with clients who want to be the best in theirs. Paul has recently worked with Starwood Group, Sony, Sheraton, the RAF, the RN, the MOD and several private businesses. His combination of humanistic skills and Aviation engineering management background gives him an outstanding ability to diagnose both personnel and process problems and deliver effective and practical solutions.

 

 

 

Katie Day

Katie Day, Coach

Katie has been working since 1989 with the private, public and education sectors on personal presentation, self development, diversity, work/life balance and corporate social responsibility.
Having run her own company from 1989 training corporate clients in the power of personal presentation, Katie then went on to run self development courses for the same clients concentrating on goal setting and assertiveness.
Katie worked for The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development from 1995 to 1999 running self development courses and guiding the Bank through the maze that is Diversity. In 1999 Katie joined Business in the Community working primarily with City clients on Diversity issues, specialising in gender diversity. Katie also worked with clients on their corporate social responsibility agenda for 6 years.
