Territory Mapping CIC 500th on the map

Territory Mapping has announced that it is the 500th Community Interest Company (CIC) to be registered.

The Regulator of Community Interest Companies, John Hanlon, said:
“Community interest company status signifies that the company operates with a social purpose and use their profits and assets to promote those aims. Since its launch in July 2005 community interest companies have provided real and tangible benefits to communities throughout the UK and abroad helping young and old alike.
We have come a long way in a short time and I am delighted that Territory Mapping Community Interest Company has become our 500th registration. Territory Mapping is working to help organisations in the Third Sector delivering business planning and training to charities, social enterprises and voluntary services and that I hope Territory Mapping will act as an ambassador for CICs”.

Paul Cooper, Managing Director of Territory Mapping CIC said, “Becoming the 500th registered CIC is fantastic news for Territory Mapping. We want to bring real benefit to our chosen community of other community interest companies, charities, social enterprises and voluntary and community based organisations, and are looking forward to making a difference”.
